Wedding Planning & Coordination Packages

Wedding Coordination $750

This package is perfect for couples who have everything planned but want someone to step in, manage the details, and keep the day running smoothly.

What’s Included:

  • Up to 12 hours of wedding-day coordination

  • Two 1- hour planning meetings (45-60 days and 7 days before)

  • Unlimited virtual communication leading up to your wedding

  • Preferred vendor recommendations

  • Vendor follow-ups one month and one week before the wedding

  • Vendor coordination and communication

  • Wedding-day timeline creation

  • Decor setup & teardown

  • Gift Management (with an attendee present)

  • Wedding-day emergency kit

Partial Wedding Planning $1000

This package is for couples who have started planning but want help organizing the remaining details and making sure nothing gets overlooked.

  • Everything in the Wedding Coordination Package

  • Planning support beginning up to 6 months before your wedding

  • Three additional planning meetings

  • Assistance with remaining vendor recommendations and selections

  • Help organizing your wedding budget and priorities

  • Guidance with planning decisions and remaining to-do lists

  • Personalized planning checklist

  • One venue walkthrough

  • Ongoing email and virtual planning support during the planning process

Wedding Planning $1500

This package is perfect for couples who want ongoing support throughout the planning process and someone to help keep everything organized from start to finish.

What’s included:

  • Everything in the Wedding Coordination Package

  • Planning support beginning up to 12 months before your wedding

  • Up to six additional planning meetings

  • Assistance researching and recommending vendors

  • Help organizing vendor selections and booking priorities

  • Wedding budget creation and tracking guidance

  • Personalized planning checklist and monthly planning priorities

  • Assistance with wedding design ideas and overall vision

  • Guidance with floor plans, layouts, and wedding-day logistics

  • Two venue walkthroughs

  • Ongoing email and virtual planning support during the planning period
